  1. StreamMP3 - Direct internet mp3 playback

  4. Set these as MIME types in your favorite browser to stream from .m3u
  5. or .pls files (like ppls linked playlists or Shoutcast servers)...

  7. MIME:        audio/x-scpls
  8. Extension:   pls
  9. Ext. Viewer: (selected)
  10. Viewer:      SYS:RexxC/RX
  11. Arguments:   Your:Path/StreamMP3.rx %f

  13. MIME:        audio/x-mpegurl
  14. Extension:   m3u
  15. Ext. Viewer: (selected)
  16. Viewer:      SYS:RexxC/RX
  17. Arguments:   Your:Path/StreamMP3.rx %f

  19. Edit StreamMP3.rx to set MPEGA options etc...

  21. To break playback just type "RX StreamMP3.rx BREAK" in a shell, or if
  22. you have rexxreqtools.library installed, just click "Break". ;)

  24. When using the "Start/Stop Saving" button, keep in mind that the read
  25. might be well ahead of the actual playback, resulting in the filesave
  26. starting at a later point than what you are listening to. This
  27. applies when you stop the playback too ofcourse...

  29. You'll need rxsocket.library for this to work .. find the latest one
  30. at http://ftp.uni-paderborn.de/aminetbin/find?rxsocket ... ;)

  32. Make sure PIPE: is mounted also, as the streaming relies on it!
